Using Ultimate QR

You may use Ultimate QR to create, customize, export, and track QR codes for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content, destinations, and materials you publish through the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro is a recurring monthly subscription processed by Dodo Payments. Pricing and included features are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and any refund is subject to applicable law and the terms presented during checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Promote unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, spam, or content designed to compromise another person.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits or security controls.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or ownership of linked content.

Your content

You retain ownership of content and branding you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, display, and deliver that content solely to operate the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep Ultimate QR reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. You should test QR codes before production use and keep copies of important destinations and design assets.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ultimate QR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Termination and changes

We may suspend access for material violations, security risks, or unlawful activity. We may update these terms as the service changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
